Half soles are custom made from 4 mm Vibram XS Grip 2 or XS Edge rubber depending on your shoe specifications. If you resole before the rand is worn, a new pair of half soles is all you need to get back on the wall! Priced per pair.
If the rand is partially or fully worn only on the toe area, toe cap onlays will add 1.8 mm of thickness to the worn area of the toe. Most resoles will require toe caps. Toe caps extend the life of of your resole without changing the feel. Priced per shoe.
While toe caps are recommended for durability, if you prefer to cut out and replace the thin rand material with an inlay, this is available upon request. Depending the shoe, this may be a complete rand replacement or a large portion of the toe rand. Priced per shoe.
If the rand is worn through and the leather is a small split at a seam, the leather can sometimes be hand stitched and repaired. Large holes cannot be repaired. Hand stitching is priced per shoe.
